CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE amazing chocolate recipe to try...a must try !

  • 1 cup chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 eggs

Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend chocolate into batter.

Spoon into crust and bake at 450 F. for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 F. Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill. The chocolate recipe of cheesecake is ready to serve 12 persons. Nice one ! Enjoy the feasts !



CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE ...a great chocolate recipe...try it !

  • 1 baked 12 inch pie shell made with
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. Crisco
  • 5-6 tbsp. cold water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 3 blocks unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Scald the milk in a small pan. Beat egg yolks in small bowl. Mix flour, salt and sugar in double boiler. Add egg yolks and stir. Add scalded milk, stirring well. Add butter and chocolate; cook until thick, stirring often. When mixture is thick, add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell.

Use 4 egg whites, 4 tablespoons sugar, dash salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to make meringue.Bake 15 minutes in 275 degree oven. The chocolate recipe is ready to serve...! Enjoy it !


EASY DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE ...another nice chocolate recipe....try this one ! Great !

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • milk (see note below)
  • 4 tablespoons Crisco or butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a 1 cup measure, put cocoa powder; add a small amount of hot water and stir until cocoa dissolves. Fill remainder of measuring cup with milk to bring the measurement up to 1 cup total.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda, mixing well. Set aside.
Beat shortening or butter and sugar, add egg yolk, beating for one minute. Stir in vanilla.
Combine all ingredients for one minute. Turn batter into a buttered brownie pan which has been lightly dusted with cocoa (shake out any excess cocoa). Bake for about 40 minutes or until cake tests done...and the chocolate recipe is ready to serve.....hmmm...nice one ! Enjoy it !


CHOCOLATE TREASURE PUFFS ...try this nice chocolate recipe....a great one !

  • 8 regular sized three MUSKETEERS® bars
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Divide bars into eight pieces. Unroll crescent dough into eight triangles. Place one piece of candy at the wide and of each triangle.
Roll up jellyroll style. Pinch any open edges together to seal.
Dip each roll in melted butter and place in greased muffin pan cups.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Serve while still warm...and the chocolate recipe of puffs is ready.....enjoy it !


PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES amazing chocolate recipe to try !

  • Reynolds® Parchment Paper
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon each salt and baking soda
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
  • 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bag (11.5 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/3 cup each chopped peanuts and quick cooking oats

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with Reynolds Parchment Paper; set aside. On another sheet of parchment paper, combine flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.

Beat peanut butter, shortening and brown sugar in a large bowl on medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Beat in milk, vanilla and egg just until blended.

Add flour mixture gradually to creamed mixture; beat at low speed until blended. Stir in chocolate chunks, peanuts and oats. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are set and edges start to brown. Slide parchment with cookies onto a wire rack to cool. The chocolate recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the chocolate ! Nice one !



  • Reynolds® Parchment Paper
  • 1 box (about 18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line 2 cookie sheets with Reynolds Parchment Paper; set aside.
Beat cake mix, oil, water, eggs and vanilla extract together in a large bowl, with an electric mixer, until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Slide parchment with cookies onto a wire rack to cool. Cool cookies completely before removing with spatula.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate chips for a more professional look. The chocolate recipe is ready and makes 36 cookies.


CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS ...a nice chocolate recipe to try !

  • 1 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 6 oz pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted cocktail peanuts
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Melt chocolate and butterscotch and butter in a saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly until very smooth. Remove pan from heat.
Stirn in the nuts and cerial and blend together thoroughly.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a silicone baking sheet or buttered parchment or wax paper. Place in refrigerator until set. The chocolate recipe is ready to serve...enjoy !



For the chocolate cream:
  • 8 Tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 8 fat slices store-bought angel food cake
  • 1-2 Tbsp confectioners sugar, for dusting
To make the chocolate cream, whisk together the confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and milk in a small bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the cream of tartar until soft. Whisk in the chocolate mixture until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.

Preheat the grill or grill pan to hot. Dust the angel food cake slices with confectioners sugar. Grill the slices for 1 minute on each side until golden and grill marks appear on the surface.
Transfer to serving plates and top with chocolate cream. The chocolate recipe is ready to serves 8 persons....nice ! Enjoy it !


CHOCOLATE CANDY ...another nice chocolate recipe to try.....Great one !

  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup (Grade B or Amber preferred)
  • 1/3 c. of raisins
  • 1/4 c. currants (optional)
  • 1/2 c. hazelnuts or almonds, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp dark rum (Myers is good) or vanilla
In microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate. Add raisins and/or currants, rum or vanilla, and nuts.Combine well. Drop onto wax paper in rounded spoonfuls, using two spoons or a small ice cream or cookie scoop.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then store in a ziploc bag in a cool place.Tastes like those square chocolate "Chunky" candies in the foil wrappers. The chocolate recipe is ready. enjoy the candy !



CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE ... another great chocolate recipe....nice !

  • 1 scant cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grind or grate the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender to a fine consistency.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of the sugar until light and lemony colored. Combine the remaining sugar and milk in a small saucepan and heat until tiny bubbles appear along the edges of the pan. Remove from heat, and pour small amount of the hot mixture into the egg, stir and pour the egg and milk mixture back into the pan. Cook over low heat until the mixture begins to thicken or reaches 185 degrees F. Remove from heat and add the hot mixture to the chocolate in the blender or food processor. Add the softened butter and vanilla (do not use cold butter), and process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into cake pan and freeze overnight. Allow to sit at room temperature 45 minutes before serving.

Banana Fudge Walnut Brownies

Great brownies chocolate recipe to try... Banana Fudge Walnut Brownies

  • 1/4 c Margarine
  • 1 Pkg. ; (6 oz. ) semi-sweet pieces
  • 3/4 c Flour
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/3 c Chopped walnuts; ( optional)
  • 1/3 c Mashed banana; (1 small)
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla
  • 1/4 ts Baking powder
  • 1/4 Salt
  • 1 Egg
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 8" square pan. Melt margarine and chocolate pieces in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Mix all remaining ingredients together, add chocolate mixture, beat thoroughly with a spoon. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until center is set. ...The chocolate recipe is ready....nice tasting brownies !


Banana Cream Brownie Squares

Try this chocolate recipe....the Banana Cream Brownie Squares ....great one !

  • 3/4 c Dry roasted peanuts; chopped
  • 15 oz Brownie mix
  • 2 md Banana; sliced
  • 1 1/4 c Milk
  • 5 1/8 oz Instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 8 oz Cool whip; thawed
  • 9 Strawberries; optional
  • 1 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate, optional
  • 1 md Banana; optional

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions & stir in 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350F for 24-27 minutes. Cool completely.Layer 2 of the sliced bananas over the brownie. Whisk pudding mix & milk together until pudding just begins to thicken. Fold in 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Quickly spread pudding mixture over the sliced bananas. Refrigerate 30 minutes.Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup peanuts over pudding mixture.

To serve: Pipe remaining Cool Whip over the squares. Grate chocolate over the dessert. Top each square with banana & strawberry slices..... amazing chocolate recipe of brownies is done ! Enjoy the brownies !

  • 1/3 c Cold water
  • 1 15 oz pkg. brownie mix
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Phila. Brand Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • Strawberry slices
  • Banana slices
  • 2 1 oz squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to a boil. Mix together brownie mix, water, oil and egg in large bowl til well blended. Pour into greased, floured 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 25 minutes. Beat cream cheese sugar, egg and vanilla in small mixing bowl at medium speed til well blended. Pour over crust. Bake 15 minutes. Cool. Top with fruit. Drizzle with chocolate. 1 c Butter, softened
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 ts Vanilla
2 c All-purpose flour

1/2 ts Salt
2 c Baking apples,peeled,chopped
1/2 c Pecans or walnuts

American Brownies

Try this American Brownies recipe..... great taste of Brownies...!

  • 50 g Unsweetened chocolate -=OR=- plain dark chocolate
  • 110 g Unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs; beaten
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour, plain; sifted
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 110 g Chopped nuts **

NB ** Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or brazils or any mixture.

Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4 350 F 180 C. Line an oblong tin, 18x28cms with non stick baking parchment, so that the parchment comes a good 5cms above the rim of the tin.
Melt the butter and the chocolate (broken up into small pieces) together in the top of a double
saucepan, or in abasin over simmering water. Away from the heat, stir all the other ingredients into the butter & chocolate mixture thoroughly, then spread all this in the lined tin.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until a knofe inserted in the centre comes out cleanly (but don't overcook - it will firm up as it cools). Then leave the muxture in the tin to cool for 10 minutes before dividing into 15 squares and transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.

2 Eggs
1 ts Almond extract
1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa

1/2 c Grated coconut

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the almond butter and sugar. Add the eggs and almond extract: mix well. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix well. Stir in the coconut. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes...and this great brownies recipe is ready to serve....nice taste !

All Time Brownies

Another All Time Brownies recipe.....a must try !

2/3 c Butter
4 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Fruit Sweet
2 Eggs
2/3 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Nuts; chopped (opt)

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Spray a 9" square pan with a non-stick coating spray. Blend the butter, cocoa, and Fruit Sweet. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt; add to the mixture. Fold in the nuts. Pour into the pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until the brownies spring back when lightly touched in the center.
This great brownies recipe is ready...mmmm amazing taste of brownies..!

15 Minute Brownies

Try this 15 Minute Brownies recipe....!

3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Water
12 oz Chocolate chips; semi-sweet
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs

Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside.In microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and water. Cook for 2 minutes at 100% power, stirring after 1 minute. Remove from oven.Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until smooth and chips are melted.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour mixture and stir in remaining chocolate chips.Pour into an 8 or 9 inch microwave-safe baking pan. Place a saucer, upside down, in the microwave and put baking pan on top of saucer.
Cook at 70% power for 10 minutes turning after 5 minutes....nice taste of brownies to serve !
